Stem cells, cell adhesion and signal transduction
Intestinal stem cells (ISC) have recently been identified and implicated in both inflammatory and cancer intestinal pathologies. Our aim is to get a better understanding of ISC sub-types and functions in both physiological and pathological conditions. Specially, we investigate the signaling crosstalk between adhesion receptors and other receptors such as protease-activated receptors.
