Notre équipe dispose de nombreux modèles animaux où le métabolisme du fer est modifié. Les principales méthodes utilisées dans le laboratoire sont des techniques de biologie moléculaire et cellulaire : PCR quantitative, western blot, des techniques d’histologie et d’immuno fluorescence, microscopie confocale.

Our group use several mouse models modified for iron metabolism.
